- Obituary: Laddis Terrel Senter, Sr., son of Carter and Amanda Setner, b: Nov 11, 1941, d: Oct 20, 1970, killed in automobile accident in Pikeville, Ky, while on their way back to their home in Defiance, Ohio. His mother, Amanda, his wife, Joy Clevinger, his son, Laddis Senter, Jr. and his daughter Michelle in the same automobile accident. Joy was b: Mar 23, 1941, d: Oct 20, 1970, daughter of Clarence and Ethel Clevinger, Laddis and Joy Md: Jun 11, 1960; 3 children: Teresa, age 10, Laddis Terrel, Jr, age 7 and Alethia Michelle, age 2. Teresa was the only one to survive the crash, she was rushed to the Lexington, Ky hospital where she stayed for several weeks suffering from a broken jaw, a fractured skull. Joy leaves 5 brothers and 5 sisters and her parents.
