29 DEC 1848 joint tenants of W part of W 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 3, Twp 15N, Range 3E of 34 acres...Mary and Nancy Ann Cowger, (Mary Thomas m John Cowger 21 Mar 1844, marriage book 4:90; Nancy Ann Thomas m Jacob Cowger 1 Jan 1844, marriage Book 4:60) entitled to one-seventh part each, Edward Thomas one-seventh, Caleb Thomas two-sevenths, Margaret and John M.
