"Julius Cemetery location Southwest of Beecher City, Illinois. NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 Sect 8 twn. 8N R3E Lloyd Durbin farm, no access by road. One of his wives is buried with him there, no name or dates given.
He was a horse trader and also had seven wives. Family history states that once he saw a woman working in a field, he had been divorced for 6 weeks. He married that woman within a week's time. Also alternate birthyear of 1811. Seven wives are 1. Isabella Ann Butcher (died giving birth to her 7th child in 1861) 2. Mary Ann (Bales) BINGHAM 3. Elvira Pemberton 4. Ellen FISHER 5. Malinda HATTON MILLER 6.Elizabeth Jane HEDGES (Jabez HEDGES' widow) 7. unknown (Perhaps a Jane BAILEY?)"
