      "Wilhelmina Harrison, 88, Kingman, Indiana died at 6:27 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 16, 2007, at Regional Hospital, Terre Haute.

      Born June 17, 1919, in Center Point, she was the daughter of Howard and Zella (Huffman) Lowdermilk.

      She attended college at the Indiana State Teachers College in Terre Haute, where she received a Bachelors and Masters degree.

      She was a retired school teacher with 40 years of service, having taught in Jamestown, Veedersburg, Kingman and Fountain Central schools.

      She was a member of the Coopers Chapel Church in Fountain County. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Fountain Chapter No. 204, Rebekah Lodge No. 517, Kingman, a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Fountain County Historical Society and a member of the Indiana Retired Teachers Association.

      She married George C. Harrison on Dec. 30, 1949. He preceded her in death on June 12, 1997.

      Survivors include one son, Steven G. Harrison, Crawfordsville; one daughter, Yvonne Z. Reissmann, Kingman; one sister, Lavina Laybold, Tallahassee, Fla.; five grandchildren, Jacinda Smith, Travis Ray, Trevor Lawson, Tyler Lawson, and Natalie Harrison; three great-grandchildren, Halle Smith, Zane Ray and Ely Smith.

      She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brothers Warren Lowdermilk and Leroy Lowdermilk.

      Burial at Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Terre Haute."
