Notes |
- Everyone called Celestine, Peggy, a nickname given to her by her father for the song, "Peg of My Heart".
By all accounts, she was loved by everyone who knew her and considered a very special lady.
Even in all of her pain, she never complained. Daddy said that when she died, her doctor, Dr. Yeager sat down and cried. Daddy never remarried and as far as I know never even had a girl friend.
For some reason, her death certificate had her birthday as being two years older than she was.
