- Norma: "My husband, Bill was also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin. He was a bombardier in World War II, dropped bombs on Germany and France, and was stationed in England. . . . [When his plane was hit by anti-aircraft fire, his left eye was injured so severely that surgeons in England removed it.] After he returned home after the war, Bill worked for Blue Cross-Blue Shield as a systems analyst. He worked there for thirty years."

"Schuele, William E. Monday, August 6, 2007, at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Norma (nee Cranston). Dearest father of Joanne (John) Sorenson and William R. (Judy) Schuele. Loving grandfather of Robert, Richard and Anna. Fond brother-in-law of Bernice Hayes and Helen (Phillip) Simonds. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mr. Schuele was a systems analyst for Blue Cross/Blue Shield for over 30 years. An Army Air Force B-26 Bombardier veteran of WWII and member of Greenfield Ave. Presbyterian Church. Interment: Wisconsin Memorial Park."
