Deal his wife the constituents and that they acknowledge the same to be their act & did for the purposes therein contained on this day and Mariah M. Deal, the feme, Covert having also personally appeared before me privately and apart from her husband the said Henry Deal acknowledged the execution of the within power of attorney to have been done by her freely and voluntarily and understanding without compulsion or restraint from her said Husband for the purposes therein Expressed In testimony thereof I Jacob M.
